Welter 2007 Logos

The logo you see at the top of the page is subject to change, but so far is the front-runner favorite of the Welter staff. But here's some of the other designs that were proposed:

Submission Guidelines

• Fiction and Nonfiction up to 2,000 words
• Poetry up to 3 poems
• Visual Art up to 3 photographs, line drawings, or other art

All work must be original and previously unpublished.

Longer than one page should include title and page numbers in header.

Send all text as MS Word attachments. Prose should be double-spaced. Please send all artwork in JPG, TIFF, PDF, or RAW format at 300 dpi.

Please include a cover letter that contains the title(s) of the work you’re submitting, your contact information, a biography of no more than 75 words, and an author’s statement about the work, not to exceed 75 words. Do not put your name on the work itself.

Submissions must be received no later than March 9, 2007
