Guidelines
 
  1. Welter accepts submissions only during the fall. Please check back for exact deadlines.
     
    •  Fiction, Memoir, Essay: 2000 words max.
 
  1. •  Poetry: submit up to five poems of any length

  2. Please state the type of submission (fiction, poetry, memoir, essay) in the subject line of the email.

  3. In the body of your e-mail, include contact
    information and a brief bio 

    Send us more than one piece, but total of 2000 words    .
All work must be original and previously
unpublished.  
 
Longer than one page should include title and
page numbers in header.
 
Work may be attached as a Word Document
